Apolina Fos is a global membership relations and stakeholder engagement professional at the International Dairy Federation (IDF), where she plays a central role in strengthening collaboration with National Committees that include diverse stakeholders across the entire dairy value chain. Her work supports smooth communication, alignment on priorities, and active engagement between IDF and its worldwide membership community.
She contributes to the preparation and coordination of major international dairy events, including coordinating the with the hosts and Professional Conference Organizers the development of the conference materials and programs held in multiple countries. Most notably, she supports the planning of global scale events such as the IDF World Dairy Summits as well as regional events like the IDF Regional Dairy Conferences, bringing together technical experts, industry leaders, and institutional partners from around the world.
