Carel van Oosterzee is Country Manager for Zimbabwe at PUM Netherlands since 2020, in which position he is responsible for the PUM activities in Zimbabwe. PUM supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in developing countries through a programmatic approach that strengthens business performance, often addressing the entire value chain.
In his role as PUM Country Manager he leads the PUM Zimbabwe country team and is focused on creating partnerships with parties that can strengthen the PUM concept (knowledge exchange), with the objective to develop & execute programs/eco systems to increase measurable and sustainable impact.
Next to this PUM role, Carel is entrepreneur and cold chain management expert with a vast experience in supply chain development, working with the agro, food and life sciences industries.
