CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date, we will refund the total amount paid minus any non-refundable fees or expenses incurred.
For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the event date, a 50% refund will be provided.
Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund
