Mrs. Tendayi Clementine Marecha is a professional serving as the Secretary General of the Dairy Processors Association of Zimbabwe (DPAZ), where she provides strategic leadership and coordinates the Association’s operations. With a solid background in the dairy sector, policy, and management, she brings extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, organizational leadership, and sector development. She is passionate about advancing Zimbabwe’s dairy industry through effective policy advocacy, strengthened farmer support, and enhanced processor capacity.
In her role, Mrs. Marecha oversees the implementation of the Association’s strategic objectives, ensuring alignment between governance and operations while serving as a key link between the Board, members, government, and development partners. She previously served as Chief Dairy Officer and a dairy regulator in government, where she contributed to shaping policy and strengthening the dairy value chain, earning recognition for her leadership and commitment to sector growth.
